Best apartment in Rome!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed 6 days in this apartment in September 2014. It is well located and had everything that we needed for our stay. It is very safe, although close to a very busy shopping area. The nearby restos were very good. But best of all, the owner, Romula was incredibly kind and helpful. Her English is fluent and she truely loves Roma and wants her guests to have a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Studio

5 of 5
We stayed at David's place in Rome for four nights August 25th and the apartment was perfect. David is a perfect host. Even though we got a little late on the night of our arrival, he waited patiently at the apartment, helping us with directions and also had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. Throughout our trip, David was always available on the phone and gave us very helpful tips on places to visit and how to commute. On our last daywe took advantage of booking the transfer to the airport through him. The apartment itself is nice, cosy and welcoming after a long and tiring day of tourist life the fantastic jacuzzi is god sent. It is a studio, but perfect and more than sufficient for two people. It is neat and clean and everything works perfectly. There is a fruit vendor and a grocery store right outside for all your daily needs which makes things easy. The apartment isn't in the heart of Rome, but it is well connected with the Trastevere Station just a short walk away. Busses, trams and metros are also easily available ( 100 meters from the apartment )so commuting to major destinations was easy and quick. The fact that the apartment was not in the centre of Rome worked well for us as the area was quiet at night and in the mornings and we really liked being in a genuine and authentic area . But if you're looking to be surrounded by tourists and the noise they come with, you might want to look at other options. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Rome and would highly recommend it to everyone in the Homeaway community. THanks so much David
