We stayed for five nights in Orlando's house and we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is the ground floor of a big house, it has low ceilings and it's a bit dark unless you open all the front doors, but it's very spacious and has quite a good kitchen. Our children had plenty of space to run around, both inside the house and in the huge garden outside. There is a big mulberry tree and all kinds of other fruit trees and pots of flowers. You can take short walks around the garden to the glass houses (plastic houses actually) where you can see tomatoes and melons growing, which our eldest child (4 years old) found very intriguing - as he found the tractor next to the house. Orlando was a very nice and welcoming host, he picked us up from Marzamemi (the house is not yet on Google Maps), and we ate for days of the delicious tomatoes that he grows and that were in the house as a welcome gift. Marzamemi is a lovely seaside place, with excellent places to have lunch and coffee in a central square that is very close to the beach. All in all, we were amazed to find it all so nice yet relatively quiet and undiscovered. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you have children. We certainly had a very good time and would like to come back some time. Thanks Orlando!
