                        Recent Rome Reviews

                        Great Location

                        4 of 5
We had a great time in Rome. The apt was an introduction to life in Rome. The location was great and the surrounding area was fantastic. Antonio was a great help and was able to help us when we were in an jam. The apartment was tight for 4 but because of the location we were seldom at the apartment. The shower was smallish but this is Rome. The kitchen was small but workable to cook fresh pasta and have a glass of wine. The internet was a great bonus. Location, location, location...can't beat it.

                        Spacious apartment well placed

                        5 of 5
My husband, teenager and I stayed at this apartment in July. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The owner has created a binder of helpful information such as nearby stores as well as appliance instructions. The apartment is lovely: it’s clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was small but very functional. Two of us are Celiac so we ate several meals at the apartment and found groceries (Carrefour Express or Pam grocery store) a short walk across the river and on to the main streets or gluten free buns or pasta (at all farmacias). It was helpful that there was an apartment safe but the neighbourhood was quiet. An added convenience was a washer and dryer in the apartment. The wireless internet worked well and was very helpful as we used our tablet to research information for the next day’s excursions. The apartment is very well positioned (south of the Vatican at the top end of Trastevere on the west bank of the Tiber River). We walked to the Colosseum (about 40 minutes) and Piazza Navona (20 minutes). There is a view from only the downstairs bedroom window which is lovely but no real views from any other windows. If you walk to the top of the street you have a great view down to the street, river and beyond. There is a flight of stairs to get to the street then it’s a steep walk most of the way up the street to the apartment. The owner cares about his guests having a good experience and I would be happy to stay here again!

Quartier où il fait bon vivre!

                        4 of 5
