Great family apartment in Rome

5 of 5
Magnificent location in the middle of the heart of Rome and a comfortable stay for a family of 5 with plenty of room to move. Bonus having 2 bathrooms. Good communication before hand and good to have someone meet you at the apartment and show you around. Highly recommend for a family stay in Rome with overall good value.

Amazing Roman Holiday

5 of 5
This was my first experience in an apartment rental and it was amazing. The apartment itself was warm and welcoming. The landlord, Angelo (who lived next door), went consistently out of his way to make our trip special. He arranged for pickup and drop off at the airport. He had recommendations for the best restaurants (all were fantastic). He went so far as to print tickets to the Vatican Museum for us late at night so that we could go early the next morning. He even provided help when our other party member's apartment wasn't ready as promised. All of that is great by itself, but the location was remarkable. The walk to Campo de Fiori was less than 3 minutes. The walk to the Tiber was less than 5 minutes. The walk to Piazza Navona was less than 5 minutes. An amazing bakery was next door (look up Roscioli and prepare for a gastronomical fantasy). We were able to walk to almost all major sites (Villa Borghese was just a bit too far for us) including the Vatican and the Colosseum. We spent a good deal of time exploring the Trastavere section just across the river and just out of the more touristy area. I've always heard people say that the 3 most important things are location, location, and location... and this location couldn't have been any better. I will be back.

Spacious apartment in excellent location

5 of 5
We (a family of three) spent four nights at the apartment in April and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment was very spacious, over three floors, and set up in such a way that there is privacy between the bedrooms (one in the basement and one on the top floor, separated by the living/dining area). It was very clean, quiet, the water pressure was excellent, the Wi-Fi worked great... nothing more we could ask. Even better, though, was the location. All of central Rome was easily walkable but, more important, the great food areas like Trastevere, the Jewish Ghetto and Campo di Fiori are less than 5 minutes away (so our last walk of the day from dinner was a very short one)... plus a really good bakery and gelato place around the corner. There's also a taxi stand nearby if you need one. Checking in and getting settled was convenient and easy. We'd definitely stay there again.
