Meta Vacation

5 of 5
Wow, this villa is beautiful! The six of us truly enjoyed a four-night stay in Meta at the end of our three-week vacation in Italy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook ourselves wonderful meals. The BBQ was also a great plus. There were plenty of spaces for our group of six to find our own space - whether it was the dining room, living room, sitting room, bedrooms, patio, or garden, there was plenty to choose from. The photos were completely accurate! Meta is a sweet little town that was easy to get around. We made side trips to Pompeii, Vesuvius, and Sorrento on the local train. We also found a walking tour for Meta that introduced us to the town. We met local artists that create beautiful nativity figurines and three of us took home their treasures. Several meals were eaten at Convent Garden Restaurant - they have an extensive menu (the nutella calzone is my personal favorite). Since our trip was purposely scheduled at the end of the tourist season, we did not locate as much gelato as previously found in other cities. Oh well.... Carmine was our property manager and he was wonderful to work with. When we were departing, the owner invited us for a return visit. Yes, we would love to return to this beautiful villa. Oh, I should mention the views and picturesque sunsets were awesome. We will tell our friends about this treasure and we shall return!

Amazing!

5 of 5
We arrived a day earlier than anticipated and was welcomed with such warmth and open arms. Luca was an amazing host and we appreciated all his help and generosity. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay as the apartment is well situated within the city, walking distance to the subway, the port and other main attractions. The flat is nicely decorated with all the amenities you would expect. We surely are going to come back to this flat when visiting Naples on our next trip and will be recommending it to all our friends.

A First Class Accommodation

5 of 5
You need a car to get here. You travel through little picturesque villages up the mountain and arrive at a place of uncompromising beauty and luxury. I refer to the scenery, the people and the villa. Barbara, the owner, can not do enough to make you feel at home. She had left water in the fridge, beer in the fridge, jams and jellies in a basket, a cake on the table and one day she delivered us a bag of oranges from her own orchard. The Villa is spacious. We had the two person accommodation. There are also 4 person and 6 person. Amenities include gas stove, microwave, fridge and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is separate and large. It has an armoir, two bedside tables, a flat screen TV, with satellite reception and free wifi. The bathroom is the third room and boasts a soaker tub, shower accessory, a bidet, a hair dryer and all matching ceramic detailing. There is also free laundry facilities, an iron and ironing board. Outside our rooms is a beautiful courtyard and beyond that a little Olive Garden and beside that is a newly constructed and never used barbecue. We used the villa as our launching pad to visit the surrounding area; Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, Pompeei, etc. We stayed 4 days and that was too short. You need at least a week and more. We were too busy and didn't get to enjoy relaxing in the sun at the Villa. It is heavenly. It is quality at an unbelievably reasonable price. Electricity is pay as you go, but you don't use much. It's warm and the stove is gas. You won't be disappointed....just stay longer, or you will be disappointed :) Colin and Berni from Alberta, Canada
