Our stay at Casa Pergola was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Sicily this year.
We were fortunate to make this our first stop, which really helped us get acclimated to Sicily (refresh our Italian, awaken our taste buds, and practice driving “Their Way”)
We were also fortunate to have both Paul and David there to host us. They were kind and helpful in every way, and included us in their own daily routines. (Trip to the Flea Market in Palermo, trip to the pottery factory in Santo Stefano, lunch with a group of their friends, and wonderful evenings of conversation around the table with them and more of their friends.)
Believe it: all the pictures are true, but the experience of being there is far, far more than just the comfort of the house and the vistas from the deck and pool.
Highly recommended, whether you take just one room or rent the entire space. You will be well taken care of.
