We just returned from our trip to Ireland. We stayed at The Cliffhouse for 4 nights. We comfortably stayed with 3 other couples. The views were breathtaking! The house was absolutley gorgeous and well furnished. We loved every minute in this place. I remember walking through the rooms and couldn't decide which room I wanted to relax in because each room was perfect and comfortable! Fireplaces were an added perfect touch! Our main goal was to gather family together and enjoy each others company and we succeeded! Memories were made to last a lifetime! We loved this place and if/ when we ever return, we will certainly book this place again! Excellent! Can't say enough good things about this place....and Ireland!! We didn't want to leave!

Peace & Quiet with Lots of Luxury

5 of 5
We spent 2 magnificent weeks at Corlea House. The house was luxuriously appointed and equipped with everything one could possibly need on holiday. Vincent and Mary who manage the house made us very welcome and ensured that we were thoroughly briefed on all the equipment in the house. To ensure that we had no difficulty finding the property Vincent and Mary met us at a local hotel and led us to Corlea House. The views from the house across Lough Graney were spectacular and never boring. The colours of the countryside continually changed with the weather (and that changed a lot!). On a good day The Burren and Galway Bay were visible. There's lots to see aand do in the local area. Bunratty Castle, the Lough Derg Drive, The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher to mention just a few. Be sure to visit Pepper's Bar (Sunday & Wednesday are Irish music nights) We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent vacation rental

Wonderful week in Lahinch.

5 of 5
Our family spent a wonderful week at Anne and Mairtin's beautiful home in Lahinch and without question they are two of the nicest people I've ever met. We certainly were not expecting that before we arrived they would have bread, butter, cheese, milk and even a bottle of wine already waiting for us. As for getting around they were a fountain of information--and always available with excellent advice about places to eat or things to do in the area. As for the house and the views it's just a matter of choosing superlatives or combinations thereof. Amazing. Spectacular. Phenomenal. Wonderful. Superb.Tremendous. It looks directly down on Liscannor Bay and for about a 180 degree radius you can see everything that moves for at least 5 miles in all directions. It is extremely well maintained and is full of light during the day. I'd call it a happy place and hopefully one day we'll come back and see it and Anne and Mairtin again who are just superb hosts.
