Quaint and secluded

5 of 5
We are just winding up our stay here in Bali. The villa is wonderful and situated right off the beach. You couldn't ask for a more secluded location. Very quiet. We took advantage of the meal service which is something to consider since the closest big name grocery store is about an hour away. You can buy pop and local snacks at the local shops but that is about all. The villa is located about 100 kms from the airport however with traffic, and really winding roads, it takes about 3 hours to get here. Anna was wonderful setting up all our transportation with a driver and can book anything you need. We chose to simply lounge around the pool. I would not recommend renting a car as the driving is crazy and addresses are difficult to find.

Heavenly lair!

5 of 5
It was a bliss all throughout our stay! Private and secure. Every part of the villa gave a warm and comforting feel. Spent most of the time outside on the romantic gazebo by the pool. We spent our breakfast in bed there, had soothing massages, even retiring through the night. We marvelled on the ocean view from the living room and sunbeds on an elevated platform outside. Did a handful of sightseeing, hiking and trekking on Bali's tourist attractions.

Family vacation

5 of 5
It was first time for us to travel with our 9 months baby, so we were very careful in picking up the location and the villa itself. The Octopus villa met all our expectations! It's situated far away from tourist rush in a lovely spot in the North of Bali. The villa is very spacious and nicely decorated. It has big pool with the shallow kids zone where our daughter used to "swim". We are divers, so it was important for us that there are couple of reefs close by. The babysitter service was also very nice so we can dive together with my wife. How pleased we were when we discovered that we can dive just in front of the villa not leaving the baby for long time. We've brought part of equipment with us, the rest we rented from the owners' dive shop that was very convenient. It was sad to leave as we really loved the place!
