EXCELLENT STAY

5 of 5
We had an excellent stay at the one-bedroom condo. The place was very clean, comfortable and extremely well-stocked. Our daughter came the first night and made us an amazing dinner that used many cooking tools, pots and pans. Bill was a gracious host--he even came to check on the place when I thought I left the coffee maker on and we were across town (how embarrassing). We were able to use public transportation the entire trip without little problems. Owing to the fact that we had already done most of the tourist attractions in previous trips, we really enjoyed poking around the Edgewater neighborhood. Bill was the consummate host without being remotely intrusive. Should we return to the area, we would hope to book with Bill and Arthur again.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND IDEAL ON THE LAKE FRONT!

5 of 5
We have just returned home after a nice stay in the Chicago area, planned around our son's MBA graduation at Kellogg in Evanston. The location of Christi's condo worked for us since we had a rent car and a parking space in the building. It was only a 10 minute drive to activities in Evanston, and was very convenient to downtown...straight down Lakeshore Drive, which is a beautiful drive! Christi was an excellent hostess who provided everything she promised. The condo was well furnished and lovely. Christi had carved out space for our belongings and briefed us on everything when we first arrived. We knew how to reach her if we needed anything, but we didn't! We especially enjoyed early morning walks along the lake and onto the Loyola University campus which is beautiful and virtually 1 building away. There is a mix of quiet neighborhoods, restaurants, groceries, transportation, and banks all within walking distance. We recommend this property as a great place to stay... very well kept and comfortable!

GREAT LOCATION!

5 of 5
The condo is in a fantastic location - very near the Art Institute and Palmer House, shopping, restaurants, the L train, and more. Very clean, nice furniture, and all the amenities. The building is also a plus - including helpful lobby staff. I would recommend the one bedroom condo for business and vacation travelers, couples and friends.
