Very well located in Chicago

5 of 5
Conform to the description, Clean and well maintained, Very well equipped (though very minimum in pan and stove), Close to everything (transportation, shops, grocery...) Secure building, Nice manager, I would recommend.

Good Choice!!

4 of 5
We had a great time in André’s apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. In addition, we had the chance to meet him and he was a very professional person. The building is new, has a fast working elevator and is conveniently located near the pink and green metro lines. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with all the basic appliances we needed. I would like to suggest a couple of things to improve future rental experiences. Adding a hair dryer would be a definite plus for the winter. Another useful thing is to make sure the main room has curtains so people do not have to wake up at the crack of dawn. In a nutshell, our experience was very good and we would definitely recommend the place. Regards from Uruguay,Dayana and Fernando

AMAZING Location, they thought of everything!

5 of 5
This was a WONDERFUL condo!! In real estate it's all about Location, Location, Location, and this condo has it all. From the easy access to the el, to the grocery store IN the building, to parking available on site, to NUMEROUS restaurants within blocks...talk about a stress free vacation. We also really appreciated how well stocked the condo was. Not only did they have a washer/dryer IN the unit, but they had the laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The kitchen was WELL stocked, and it made everything about the stay so easy. Our whole family (ages ranging from 3 years old to 67 years old) loved this place. The only slight confusion we had was that we had assumed (incorrectly) that the master suite was on the main level - with the living room and kitchen. In actuality the main level has a hall bath, and one guest bedroom (with a queen sized bed) whereas the master suite is upstairs (with the king bed) and that master bathroom is directly attached to it. Therefore, make sure the upstairs guests (in the 2nd bedroom upstairs) are okay going through your room to use that bathroom. We're already missing the views from that balcony. GORGEOUS!
