A Perfect Home in a Great Location

5 of 5
We had the privilege of staying here in July 2014 and could not have been happier with our choice. We had 10 people (6 adults, 3 children, and a baby) getting together for a mini-family reunion, and Donna's home provided all the comforts I was hoping for and more. Pre checking-in: Donna responded promptly to my many queries so there were no surprises. Checking-in: Extremely painless. Unfortunately, Donna wasn't able to meet us on our arrival, however, she ensured that alternative arrangements were made in her absence. I arrived in the late afternoon, while my brother and my parents got in later in the evening after surviving a string of delayed flights. The house: Exactly as described in the listing. We had one car, so the garage was a blessing given the density of the neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious, and the living room just as comfortable. The kids had more than enough space for themselves, and so did the adults. No complaints about the bedrooms (2 on the second floor and 2 on the third floor) either - everyone slept soundly. The location: We ended up using a combination of modes of transportation (car, bus, train, cabs) to and from the sights we visited (Navy Pier, Field Museum, Millennium Park, Lincoln Park Zoo), with stations and stops a short walk away. As for food and drink, the wide range of restaurants right around the corner satisfied all the palates. We must have tried a majority of the neighborhood eateries during our short stay! Checking-out: Just as painless and checking in. The house provided the perfect environment for the family to hang out, and for the young cousins to enjoy each other's company. Altogether, a truly memorable stay. Thanks Donna! We hope to be back again soon.

Fabulous apartment – 5Star Luxury

5 of 5
I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to stay in such a luxurious, comfortable, roomy and incredibly well-located apartment during our recent stay in Chicago. If there was a rental equivalent to the Ritz Carleton, this is it! We were two couples and found the apartment to be big enough where we could all have our privacy when we needed it, yet cozy enough to sit together at the end of the day and regroup. We were particularly happy with the well equipped kitchen, where we prepared breakfast every morning before heading out to explore all that Chicago has to offer. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of drawers and closets in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment is in an absolutely perfect location for walking, shopping, sightseeing, dinning and was just a delight to return to at the end of the day. A special thanks to Nadiya (the owner) for her professionalism and answering all of our questions in a timely fashion. She has really done an outstanding job of decorating the space and thinking of all those fine details which define a 5 star accommodation. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this property. We really felt like we were staying at a very wealthy friend's apartment, it was simply beautiful! All in all, it was a wonderful place and helped make our stay in Chicago very special and memorable. Can’t wait to return!

Family Trip

5 of 5
The home was very impressive and we loved it! It was the perfect place for the start of our 14 day family vacation and the home fit our 15 person group. The ping pong table was a huge hit and the kitchen was the perfect gathering place each night. Close to the airport, but had no airport noise, and was so close to everything we wanted to see and get to. Would definitely come back and recommend the home to anyone traveling to Chicago.
