Perfect stay for a family of 4

5 of 5
Great, modern and well-equipped apartment and facilities. Loved the fact that it's conveniently above a Jewel-Osco open till midnight, for our grocery and everyday needs. The location is superb, right in the middle of many great restaurants and shopping on the Magnificent Mile. The management were very responsive to requests, and the building maintenance staff as well--once we needed to get a Weber grill started, and the building maintenance guy came right away to help us. The only thing that bothered us -- but this is out of the control of Chicago Premier -- is the sound of the very loud sirens of the police cars/ambulances/firetrucks which pass by in the middle of the night . We had the same problem when we stayed at another hotel nearby. But that's part of city life I suppose.

McCool

Beautiful location and room. High-end furnishings and great to have grocery downstairs. The only recommendation I have is maybe get some sturdier chairs/bar stools in the dining area. A few of them were a little rickety. Close to a perfect setup overall.

AMAZING Location, they thought of everything!

This was a WONDERFUL condo!! In real estate it's all about Location, Location, Location, and this condo has it all. From the easy access to the el, to the grocery store IN the building, to parking available on site, to NUMEROUS restaurants within blocks...talk about a stress free vacation. We also really appreciated how well stocked the condo was. Not only did they have a washer/dryer IN the unit, but they had the laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The kitchen was WELL stocked, and it made everything about the stay so easy. Our whole family (ages ranging from 3 years old to 67 years old) loved this place. The only slight confusion we had was that we had assumed (incorrectly) that the master suite was on the main level - with the living room and kitchen. In actuality the main level has a hall bath, and one guest bedroom (with a queen sized bed) whereas the master suite is upstairs (with the king bed) and that master bathroom is directly attached to it. Therefore, make sure the upstairs guests (in the 2nd bedroom upstairs) are okay going through your room to use that bathroom. We're already missing the views from that balcony. GORGEOUS!
