A FANTASTIC HOUSE IN THE HEART OF AKUREYRI

            5 of 5
We went for a long weekend to Akureyri and were lucky enough to find this house. It is perfectly located in the heart of Akurery, a short walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. We went skiing and the house has a great basement where you can dry your skiing clothes during the night. The house itself is really beautiful, has obviously been renovated a lot recently. It has a cozy atmosphere, so it's really nice to stay in as well and enjoy a glass of wine aprés-ski. If I ever go to Akureyri again, I would definetely rent this house. I think it would also be wonderful during the summer, there is a nice outside area as well that we didn't use at this time of year. All in all - we LOVED this beautiful house!

THE MOST LOVELY PLACE OF ICELAND

            5 of 5
My Family and I stayed two nights at this special place and fell in love with it right from the beginning. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen tools, towels, bed linens….. there was really nothing more to ask for. The selected decoration of the house is very sweet and really makes you feel like staying at a good friends’ house. Before we arrived the owner sent us a lot of useful information on the area and how to find her house, which was much appreciated. Grenivik itself is a very peaceful little village, right at the water front. It is the perfect starting point for tours to Myvatn or Husavik. And if you don't feel like traveling around, you can always enjoy the private terrace, the local swimming pool or just go for a walk up to the mountains, where you have the best and most romantic sun sets in Iceland. It almost feels as if there was some magic in the air of Grenivik..... Thanks to the owner and the lovely people we met at this place we will never forget about these holidays. We truly hope to come back one day and stay at this house again!

            JUST PERFECT!

            5 of 5
We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was our best stay during the roud trip in Iceland! 3 bedrooms, tvsat ,very fast wifi internet, amazing view on Akureyri, very well equiped kitchen and batchroom. Only one thing we can complaint a little - warm water wasn't enough warm but it is really small thing. Once again - for us just the best choice in Iceland!
