Paradise and tons of fun found!!!!

Wow! I found myself saying that word over and over on our stay in Roatan. From the minute we got off the plane, things went smooth. Mike was there to meet us at the airport. He took us for groceries and got us settled in to the house. Everyone at Roatan Life was great but Mike went above and beyond. Coral Vista #5 was perfect! I can't imagine staying anywhere else on West End. The views of Half Moon Bay from the patio and upper balcony were stunning!!!! The pool was the perfect size for our crew and we spent several hours in it! So many restaurants, bars and plenty of small shops to buy essentials nearby. The house was very well appointed. It met the description perfectly and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. Coral Vista #5 was perfect for us and it really felt like a home away from home. We only cooked breakfasts in, other meals we chose to eat out since so many were close and very reasonable. I would highly recommend Chef Susan for an evening you won't regret it. We had so many great experiences while on Roatan... Maya Key is a must, the food and scenery at Frenchy's 44 and Little French Key is fabulous, zip lining with South Shore Canopy and swimming with dolphins at Anthony's Key. If you play golf than Pristine Bay can't be skipped. We would highly recommend this home for anyone from a couple who wants a private retreat up to a whole family wanting to spend the week together! Don't miss watching the sunset from Tita's Pink Seahorse while enjoying a Monkey La La!

Shhh - best kept secret in Roatan!

Dos Palapas at Palmetto Bay is an AMAZING destination and the perfect place for an island vacation. We spent a week in October with 3 couples and had plenty of room. The property is clean and well maintained, the decor of a hotel with the privacy of your own house. The views from every room were amazing, with plenty of indoor and outdoor places to relax. Sunsets from the third floor deck were so spectacular, we rushed back to the house to be there every night! The huge kitchen was well equipped, and with the grocery stores a short ride away, we were able to prepare several of our own meals (including fresh lobster from a local fisherman). The pools were refreshing and the landscaping extremely well kept. We used the golf carts to zip down to the beach every day, where we had much of the beaches all to ourselves! The onsite restaurant and bar were awesome and staff was overly accommodating. Mike from Roatan Life took great care of us, and provided us with lots of ideas and assistance with our vacation. We will definitely be back.
