Beautiful, peaceful place perfect in every way!

5 of 5
We stayed for 8 nights in early January in both units, which are spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. The place is close to the Waimea Canyon, Kekaha beach, and supermarkets. But what makes it truly unforgettable is the Aloha Spirit. Everything there is made with love, and the hosts’ hospitality is genuine. This is a magical place. We were very happy there.

Special Birthday trip for my Wife!

5 of 5
We had an excellent time!!!! Jo is a great owner and extremely helpful. The property is accurately described; no surprises!!! If you are desiring a country setting, away from the resorts, staying in an area where the "folks" live, this is it for you. There are two grocery stores in Wiamea, about 2 miles away and various farmers markets to enjoy wonderful local ripe fruit and vegies. You will definitely need a car as public transportation is minimal. All the sites on the island require a lot of moving around to see the areas. This was our first trip to the islands, and Jo provided us with and wonderful introduction to Island life! Many thanks Jo... ...and OBTW...you are quite a gal!!!! That's about it for now...next time over we'll have that wine!!!!!

Wonderful stay in Waimea

5 of 5
When we told Deborah that we'd be arriving later in the day, I knew she was a special kind of hostess because she offered to meet us in town as she did not want us to get lost in the dark. I thought that was so sweet and considerate! She really takes care of her guests. We also had a tour of Tom's beautiful orchard and you will enjoy the fruits of his labor. He gave us a bag of star fruit, papaya, limes and oranges and he would chat with us about the dogs and cat. The studio is lovely, clean and so well kept, exactly like the photos. The beauty of Kauai is true, with its lush greenery, canyon, and beaches as your guidebook will tell you but I have to say Tom and Deborah really made our stay special and we will always remember it. Hope to see you both again, thank you so much! Kevin & Rebecca
