Fabulous vacation!

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location with amazing sunsets from our lanai. If you're looking for peace, beauty and relaxation- don't come here. The unit had everything we needed and definitely met our expectations. Pool was beautiful and great HH. Sandy was super helpful with our booking and answering any questions we had. We had a super fabulous vacation!!!! Manager responded on 9/30/2014: From our guest: Hi Sandy, I submitted a review but realized there was a typo and didn't know how to edit it? I need to remove the word "don't"from the section that reads - don't come here. Thanks. She intended to say: If you're looking for peace, beauty and relaxation- come here!!!

Great value / Great stay

5 of 5
Family of four had a blast here, felt right at home in paradise! Property is well kept and surroundings offer lots of ammenities: Pool(s), Tennis, bbq, fitness, you name it and this is in the heart of waikiloa village. Other satellite things provided were above and beyond expectations (bikes, snorkeling gear)...definetely recommend!

Beautiful Villa

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at this luxury villa for a week. It is absolutely the best and is one of the better accommodations we have stayed at. It is in a good location, and although 2 story, the entrance is on the ground floor. The gated villa complex is immaculately maintained, not crowded, is very safe and quiet. The pool was my favorite spot. It is well cared for, is quite large and seems to be heated. We spent lots of time there. The adjacent spa is very nice too. The villa itself is ULTRA clean and well decorated. The photos show it exactly as it is. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We only used the master bedroom but I can say the bed is VERY comfortable. The master bathroom is quite spacious with plenty of closet space and towels. There is a very efficient washer and dryer with plenty of laundry soap. The villa has a nice view of the golf course with 2 lanais to sit, eat, drink coffee or sip a cold drink. If the neighbors were home, we never heard or saw them. The owners are easy to deal with and are very responsive if you have questions, comments, etc. I believe you will not be disappointed staying here. I highly recommend this villa to my friends, relatives and other adults. If we go back to the Big Island, we will definitely want to stay there again. In regards to beaches and shopping, Hapuna beach is excellent and a short drive away. The King and Queens market places are close by for shopping. We like to eat in so we bought most of our food at Costco before checking into the Villa. Be sure and visit the Lava Lava Bar on the beach in Waikoloa. What a fun place to sit and watch the sunset, have snacks and cocktails. Also, I highly recommend the swim with the Mantra Ray excursion out of south Kona. It is beyond fabulous. Mahalo to Dana and Stephen for sharing their villa with us. We wish we could have stayed longer.
