Wish we had more time at the house

                5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: other than having to haggle for the 4th bedroom we already paid for AND them charging us ANOTHER $100 to get the access code to the 4th bedroom (again that we already paid for and she acted as if she was doing me a favor by ONLY charging me another $100). the house was nice. I loved sleeping with the doors open and listening to the waves every night Manager responded on 9/9/2014: These guests had not paid for the additional studio when they initially booked, they had reserved the main house only. This was confirmed through emails and the booking agreement. When they decided to add the studio we were happy to open it up for them at the additional nightly rate. We would certainly never double charge a guest, and assume no guest would agree to such a charge. We are sorry that they remain confused about the situation, but are very happy that they enjoyed the house.

                Perfect escape

                5 of 5
I would first like to say that nothing could have been better about our stay at the North Shore house. The pictures do it no justice and there are no words to describe the FEEL of our stay. We felt incredibly welcome and at home from the second we walked in the door and were greeted by John and Lina, our hosts. They assisted us in getting settled, helping us find our way around town and set up everything we needed. We never needed or wanted anything...everything was taken care of quickly and effectively. They were always a phone call away, always were pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond. Aloha spirit!!! The house is amazing as well. The location is perfect and close to everything. We took lots of day trips to different beaches but also stayed home to kayak, snorkel and enjoy the pool/weather/beach/tiki bar etc etc etc. We had a house of 7 but could easily sleep more people without stepping on toes. The kitchen was almost overstocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils. It was easy AND fun to stay home and cook. The beds are comfortable, the linens are plentiful, the pool was always pleasantly warm, the air flow through the second floor of the home was amazing and the ocean sounds at night are going to be missed! Thank you for helping our family reconnect by staying in your amazing home! We miss it already!

                Nice quiet neighborhood

This was such a wonderful place. We had 8 adults in our party. The house was perfect for us and accommodated all of us So well. Plenty of room. I appreciated the equipment that was provided like beach towels and cooler and snorkel gear. It was very clean and we'll taken care of. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and very quiet. Close to everything you want. Haleiwa minutes away great beaches. Our favorite beach of all time is waimea bay! Can't wait to come back.
