Lovely decor and location.

4 of 5
We were very pleased with the condo and its amenities. Our three daughters spent countless hours at the beautiful pool when we weren't dragging them off to explore a new and beautiful beach most days. My husband and I also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gazebo where we did yoga and strength training while the girls played. We appreciated the beach toys, bags, mats and snorkels. It is nice not to have to pack that along! We all had good sleeps it is so quiet, although the king bed was a bit soft for our taste...backs were sore in the morning. We did 2 Costco runs down to Lihue during our 2 weeks which is nice as prices up north are higher. It is a long drive though...especially with traffic jams most days through Kapa'a. We tried to tie it in to adventures on the south end of the island. We loved the trail system, the lushness and friendliness of Kauai around Princeville.

Nice Place

4 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, but I didn't like the additional charges ($250 for cleaning and $50 non refundable security deposit. Also we like Hanelei Bay area, but the 45 minute drive to Kapaa got tiresome. Also, we didn't have hot water in the kitchen sink and there was a small leak under the sink. We called maintenance, and they put a new garbage disposal in, but didn't fix the hot water issue.

Third time here.

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth time in Nihilani complex. In my opinion it is the most beautiful and best kept places on the was also our third stay in22B. The only draw back about the room is a design flaw in the master bathroom. The toilet is so close to the bathroom door, that you have to step inside beside it to get the door closed. I suppose most of the other "B" units are designed the same way. I'd still return inspite of it all.
