Spectacular!

5 of 5
When it comes to tropical, oceanfront vacation properties, I don't think you could find a nicer spot. This condo is just a stone's throw from the turquoise water with gorgeous views at every time of the day and night. The unit is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bed is sooooo sleepable with the breeze blowing through the windows and the kitchen is well-stocked (salad spinner! lots of cutting boards and sharp knives! great coffee maker!). We had excellent communication before, during and after the visit with Dan, the owner. This was the perfect homebase for exploring, hiking, fishing and kayaking on Hawaii's most unspoiled island. Like just about everyone before me has said, we hope to return to this very condo as well. We felt very welcomed; thank you for sharing your wonderful spot.

A great spot

5 of 5
I had the pleasure of spending five nights at the “fishpond cottage.” Molokai is the most local of the Hawaiian islands, and this lovely cottage has a very local feel to it—you could almost imagine you live there. Everything is clean and nice, and the sunsets over the fishpond out back are the perfect way to end a day of exploring. There’s a cute second bedroom with two small beds that would make the cottage comfortable for a family. It’s only a mile or so into Kaunakakai town for the tasty local food. Among the many great things to do on Molokai is hiking down to Kalaupapa, the former leper colony, which is now a national historical park. I enjoyed the cottage a lot and would stay there again in a second.
