MORE THAN I COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR!

5 of 5
Hale Pali is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at! The entire home is so well appointed! They have everything that you need and then some! Carl and Deb were fantastic hosts! Helpful at every turn! The pictures truly do not do it justice. The home was clean and beautiful. Plus it was a little off the tourist beaten path! Just what we were looking for! Be sure to check out Honomalino Bay when you stay at Hale Pali! Mahalo, Carl and Deb! Our wedding was more picturesque than we could have imagined!

Spectacular!!

5 of 5
Simply put, Hale Kai is definitely one of my favorite places! I first stayed there in the summer of 2010, and since then I've been there two more times, and I'm already booked for early 2015. I think that says it all. With 3000 sq ft, the house has multiple "living areas" on two levels, so lack of privacy is never an issue. The location is perfect; on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, which is maybe 20 feet away. The view is unbelievable! On this last trip we saw a pod of dolphins, at least 25, no more than 30-40 yards off the coast, and 8-10 whales at about the same distance. Seeing these majestic beasts against the background of the nearly infinite Pacific Ocean was breathtaking, and that alone was worth the trip! I travel frequently, and I've found nothing that fits my definition of vacation enjoyment as well as Hale Kai. I love it there, and I will be back frequently!

Great Ocean View Home For it's Price

5 of 5
We just returned from vacationing from 11 days of this beautiful home. Waking up every morning to the great ocean view from the master bedroom's bay window is very relaxing. This house is very clean and has alot of open space with a great lanai to view the ocean and have your coffee or cocktails. You can hear the beautiful sound of the waves, in your own island paradise. We visited many beaches while here and many of the shops. We also visited the Volcanos which were errupting. We saw a luau while here, but on the Big Island of Hawaii there is no way of getting Island fever here. My kids found many places to fish and boogie board, and the best part was that the gear was already at the house to use---Shaka Bra--. We've already booked this place for our summer vacation for next year and trying to figure out how to come back for Christmas. "Malekalikimaka"
