Thoughtfully furnished and equipped

5 of 5
I have now stayed here 3 times. It is so central to everything I wanted to see, and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. I can;t say enough nice things about them. The apartment is very thoughtfully equipped for two, unlike lots of rentals. The small kitchen has everything we needed to put together a meal, but also tupper ware, seran wrap, and all the different gadgets it is nice to have. There are even bandaids in the drawer, and a small cooler to take on outings. These are details that make such a difference when you are far from home. The king size bed is very comfortable, and everything is well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our nights there, and would go back over and over and recommend it to friends. It is great value and very well located in a nice quiet neighborhood overlooking the sea.

Best Kona Trip Ever!!

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cozy "hale" had an ocean-front location with spectacular views of the surf and Kona coastline from patio, living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. Our accommodations were sparkling clean, very comfortable, well-provisioned and quiet. The pool and tennis courts were close by and we greatly enjoyed the ambiance and serenity of the beautifully landscaped and immaculate premises on morning and evening strolls. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club forever remains, after many years, our favorite destination and place to stay on Big Island. Many thanks again, to Cindy, for her efforts in our behalf and another FABULOUS stay in Keauhou. Our visit couldn't have been better!!

Stunning View & Great Host!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at Pau Hana for our 5 year wedding anniversary in 2013. We were greeted by the owner, Carol, upon arrival and she gave us a nice walk around of the guest quarters and offered snorkel gear for us to borrow. The room had simple, but adequate necessities with a bed, TV, microwave, coffee maker, and a beautiful bathroom. Carol also left us some of her coffee to try and it was to die for! The view from our room was absolutely stunning. As the sun rose behind the house, you could see the light dance across the plantation making its way down to the coast. After adventuring all day, my husband and I would come back and take a nap to the sounds of the Hawaii afternoon showers. At night, we would sit out on the deck and stargaze in the clear late night skies. We dream of Pau Hana often and can't wait to go back!
