Whale watchers paradise! Unique Location!!!

5 of 5
House was exactly as described. Hosts were more than accommodating. Property was very well maintained. Its kind of remote but we enjoyed that part! We mostly enjoyed spending time on the porch watching for whales. We took a day trip to Green Sands Beach and another to Kona for some Golfing. Loved every minute of it and will definitely return!

Perfect Mountain Cabin

5 of 5
We stayed in this cabin for a week in April 2015. It was rustic but very clean, tidy and well decorated. The cabin was well equipped, just as listed in the website and shown in the pictures. It was like camping in our travel trailer, but in Hawaii! The location was great for a couple of reasons: 1) being at a higher elevation meant that temperatures were cooler and 2) being on a secluded 5 acre lot meant it was quiet enough to enjoy the sounds of nature. The cabin made for a peaceful respite from noisy days at the beach. Scott was very helpful and willing to talk and provide information. We would stay here again or maybe in their other cabin when we return to the Kona area! Highly recommended.

Home away from home

5 of 5
We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apt. Henry was so welcoming and provided everything we needed including beach/snorkel gear. The apt was much larger than the pictures show. Bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the island, close to lots of great restaurants as well. We can't wait to return!!
