Outstanding vacation

5 of 5
Just returned home to Seattle after 9 days at this property and was absolutely impressed. Traveled with 4 adults and 3 children (twin 6 year olds and a 2 year old) and we had a fantastic trip and we're extremely happy on our decision to stay at the beach villas property vs. the marriott or Disney properties. The place was vey spacious, modern, clean, with state of the art appliances. This was our 6th trip to Hawaii, and we have stayed at both 5 star hotels and several VRBO properties, and this stay was as good if not better than the rest, and is very reasonably priced for what you get. For families that like to mix up the beach/pool (both of which are very kid friendly, even for a 2 year old, plus Denice has the place stocked with all the beach gear a family could need), and who like to mix cooking their own food (costco and Safeway 10 min away) as well as eating out, than this is the place for you. The beaches are great unless you like big waves (in which case the north shore is 35 minute drive away), and I even snorkeled every day which was a surprising bonus. There's a good walkway for some exercise to the other hotels, a large fitness center, several good restaurants nearby (both inexpensive and high quality) and even a small pool bar on site (loved the bartenders). For spa lovers, there are 3 great options (we chose Disney property, which was fantastic). We were however much happier to stay at the beach villas which gave us much more space, was much brighter (Aulani was quite dark and a lot more expensive and a lot less space for a family). Finally, the pictures don't do the view justice. One of the highlight of the day was to put the 2 year old down for a nap and just relax on the balcony with that amazing view. There is no doubt, we will be going back! Thanks Denice for making our stay so great.

Third Time is a Charm

5 of 5
After a terrible first night arriving on the island, our previous contract with another owner had to be terminated due to unclean accommodations. With pure luck, Denise and her husband was able to accommodate the four of us (husband, my mom and uncle whom were visiting from Japan) at the very last minute. We had previously stayed in Ko Olina Beach Towers on our last two visits and I learned my lesson, always go with the first choice, to stay in Ko Olina Beach Towers. We very much appreciated the hospitality that Denise provided and to have my elderly mother finally enjoy her visit in Hawaii was just the uplifting moment. The condo had all the amenities we wanted and more. Plus it was insanely clean and to finally be able to get a good night's rest on a comfortable, clean bedding was a dream come true. We will definitely be coming back in next couple of months and will be staying in one of their properties again. Mahalo and Kokua.

Fantastic condo

5 of 5
What a beautiful, well-appointed condo just as advertised. My husband and I stayed here for a week in October with our two teenage sons and never felt crowded. The floorplan worked well for us and we enjoyed having the conveniences of home (full kitchen, washer/dryer). We were so happy with our decision to rent a condo in Ko Olina versus a hotel in Waikiki. A rental car is a must to explore the rest of the island, and there is a Target/Costco nearby. Honolulu traffic can be crazy, but it was always such a relief to return to the quiet, peaceful Ko Olina area and our cozy condo/underground parking. The property was top notch with friendly employees and beautiful grounds. The private lagoon was perfect for swimming, snorkeling and watching sunsets. It was great having use of beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and a cart provided with the condo. Sitting on the lanai to start/finish the day was such a treat, as was soaking in the deep bathtub. Brandy was a pleasure to work with and was responsive to questions/e-mails. We received our damage deposit back about two weeks after leaving. We would highly recommend this property to others. Mahalo for making our 25th anniversary trip so special!
