Great, relaxing stay

what a great spot to rest and relax. The views are great, amenities are perfect and just steps away from the pool and beach.

Excellent stay

5 of 5
I booked this 3 br/3 ba villa in the Ko Olina area for 2 weeks in February (great time to escape winter). Communication and set up was easy and prompt. Betsy was easy to reach via text for any concern. Rental contract was electronic and fast. I paid by credit card for a nominal fee but much more convenient for me. The condo was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very well stocked with every amenity (smart TVs in every room, all condiments and much appreciated K-cup coffee maker, beach toys/boogie boards/snorkel gear for 6, bikes, scooters, and much more). The golf cart parked in the one car garage was very fun to drive. Very easy to operate and much nicer than the ones you will see around the complex. I actually had people come up to me to check it out and even had cars honk at me in approval. It came in handy to park at the lagoons in special spots as parking fills up quickly. The most spots were at lagoon 4 but make sure to ask where they are. We visited Disney's Aulani a few times and got ice cream at the Ko Olina marketplace. We cooked almost everyday as the kitchen was well stocked. Costco, Target, and Safeway are only 10 minutes away in Kapiolani. Many Hawaiian restaurants there as well as a nice park for kids. We also visited the zoo, aquarium, Dole plantation, and children's museum in Honolulu (highly recommend for toddlers). The drive can take about an hour in traffic though. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and the beach lagoons in Ko Olina can't be beat. We enjoyed it so much I even changed our flights and extended our stay by another week. Again, easy and prompt reply by Betsy to arrange. When we are back in Hawaii we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, relaxing and easy!

5 of 5
My family with kids ages 11 and 13 and grandparents aged 70 just finished an incredible week at this condo! It truly is a slice of paradise. The condo is extremely well laid out with every convenience from a drying rack to washer and dryer to beach towels, chairs and fully stocked kitchen. The beds are outrageously comfortable, and it is QUIET! Even with 6 people, it feels very spacious and the quiet lanai facing the ocean and sunsets became the point around which al life centered. The concierge, Louie, who helps you check in has great recommendations for activities. Our family took surf lessons three of the days through a company he recommended and had a fantastic experience at almost half the price of the companies I found on my own. Even my 70 year old stepdad got up on a board the first day! The owners are very responsive, welcoming and easy to work with. The condo complex itself is a little oasis on one of 4 reef-protected beach lagoons along a 1.5 mile shore path. Very safe for swimming and playing with kids. Lots of brightly colored tropical fish right off the beach for snorkeling. The complex is flanked by large busy resorts, each about 1/10th of a mile away from the condo along the shore walking path. We felt so fortunate to be out of that hustle and bustle of the big resorts. Our tween kids could safely walk up and down the path along the beach to visit their cousins staying at the Disney resort next door. We took long walks on it in the morning and the evening. There is a great little shopping area with a very well-stocked convenience store, restaurants and ice cream just a short walk out the front of the complex. Target, Safeway, Sports Authority and organic grocery just one exit up the highway. Easy drive to Pearl Harbor and the North Shore and then back to your peaceful oasis at the Beach Villas. You could easily stay here several weeks and feel right at home. Thank you Sue and Bruce for trusting us with your home away from home! We will be back again for sure!
