• Luxury Townhome in the Best Location in Maui

5 of 5
I rented this townhome for 7 nights for 5 adults and 1 toddler. It was the most beautiful rental I had ever stayed in. The townhome had nice design touches that made me feel like it was a luxury accomodation and that the owner truly loved it rather than treating it like it was mere rental income. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed although I recommend you bring your own spices, even basic ones like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There was ample room and furnishing for hanging out, dining inside and outside, cooking, and sleeping. There was all the beach equipment that you would need and a nice washer and dryer. There was garage parking. This was the third time I've stayed in Maui and this was the best location by far. It was across the street from a sandy beach that was perfect for kids because there aren't any rocks/pebbles to hurt their feet while wading. The beach immediately north, a 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute car ride to a small parking lot, had the best and most accessible snorkeling. You didn't have the be a strong swimmer because the coral and snorkeling is right off the beach. We saw turtles and of course lots of fish. The snorkeling was great because it was never as overcrowded as Kaanapali. There were several well known golf courses within a 10 minute drive, a very nice grocery store down the street, and a farmers' market on Wednesdays. If I ever return in a large group again, this is where I would stay.
