My wife and I stayed in this unit in April 2013 and absolutely loved it. The check in process was simple and the service was friendly. The best part about the condo was the reasonable rate compared to other establishments in the area. We were within walking distance of good restaurants - Kintaro for sushi was awesome and Passion Bakery was our favorite breakfast spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had some nicely updated features, though parts of the building itself feel a bit dated. It had a secluded/private feel with a nice view to the pool area in an open area between units. The grounds and pools were nicely maintained. My wife went for a morning swim and hot tub soak every morning, and most evenings we relaxed in the hot tub as well. The beach nearby, though not great for swimming, was very nice for evening strolls on our way to/from dinner. There was plenty to do right in Kapaa - from kayaking or paddleboarding up the Wailua to the falls trail or renting a surf board from Boss Frogs and surfing at Wailua beach. It is also in a great central location on the island - a relatively short drive to the Napali Coast Trail to the north or Port Allen and the Kauai Island Brewery to the south. All in all, this a very nice condo for the price and the money we saved was put toward our adventures on the island.
