We loved our week in this condo. Everything was as promised. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds comfortable, and the view awesome....at first, I thought the surf was loud but it soon became our lullaby. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy. In addition to the tips sent to us by Kathy, there were other guidebooks in the condo as well. WiFi worked perfectly too. We spent a little time everyday watching the surfers (they start early and finish late!) hit the breaks. Some of those kids were young! The location is centrally located. We went up to Hawi.....down past Capt Cook....and east to Mauna Kea. Also 3 Kohala Coast beaches (Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and A Bay). Very convenient to return to as our home base. I fully recommend this condo for a BI getaway. Kathy was great to work with throughout the process. We'll be back!

Just returned from our first big trip with our two year old daughter and another couple and their 3 year old boy. I don't think you can do better as far as convenience and location, especially if you are traveling with small children. The expansive manicured lawn right off the lanai, the short walk to the amazing pool and clubhouse (the best kids pool, too!), direct beach access right from the pool, plenty of shops and restaurants (fine dining to casual and everything in between) and a well stocked grocery store all within walking distance all made our trip a relaxing breeze! The condo is well stocked with everything you will need for cooking and barbecuing, and the onsite concierge came in handy when a maintenance problem with one of the gates outside the condo (nothing to do with the condo itself) needed attention and was promptly taken care of. We all can't wait to return! Easy drive to several other amazing beaches and scuba diving. Golf is all around you as well. You really don't need a car if you just want to hang out in Waikoloa Beach Village. The owner had excellent contacts for baby/kid supply rentals that came in really handy. All in all this is and excellent property, we were sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

This was a great location, across from a beach, but not necessarily the beach you'd choose to go to every day. It was close to other beaches that had great snorkeling, it has a lovely pool, BBQ area and tennis courts. We loved the key-less entry and enjoyed the free long distance anywhere in North America. Has a great bed and shower, every comfort needed. The big lanai had both shade and sun at all times. My only complaints were that it's dated, where a lot of the other suites in the complex have been renovated, and that it didn't include toilet paper (we had to buy some the morning after our first night there) or laundry soap. The three other places we stayed on the island included those things for their guests.
