CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK

5 of 5
My wife and I really enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Mokoli Beach House and cannot wait to return. The house was exactly what we wanted. The house is out of the city, but close enough to all of the attractions that we wanted to see whether they were on the North or South Shore. The house is 35 minutes to Waikiki, 45 minutes to Pearl Harbor, 45 minutes to Diamond Head and 45 minutes to Waimea Bay which was our favorite beach. We went with another couple and never once felt cramped. The kitchen is big and has everything that you need. We put the Weber grill to work and enjoyed dinner on the patio almost every night. The property manager lives on the property, but she does a WONDERFUL job staying out the way and she was very helpful with recommendations and small things like wifi passwords. I would highly recommend this place for adults who want to have their own private beach house on Oahu for a few days. It would even be good for people with kids since there is a beach 20ft from the back door.

Great Beachfront Location

4 of 5
Perfect beach front location. Great snorkeling right out the back door. The gear was even there for our use. Was very private. Had few passers by but all were respectful and friendly. Wonderful spacious yard. We had many family members who preferred to spend the day with us rather than be at their own places. The house was laid out well with a great ocean view from the dining table and a terrific kitchen. At first we were concerned there was no AC, but it was a blessing to hear the ocean instead. The fans helped create great circulation. The only thing keeping it from being an excellent (though we enjoyed it immensely) was tuning out the road noise from the front. We managed fine and directed our attention to the back. All in all it was well worth it.

Perfect Hawaiian getaway

5 of 5
My family and I came for a wedding on Turtle bay and were lucky enough to find this charming home on a beautiful and peaceful part of the island. The beach offers good snorkeling and is very private. There is a public park next to the home and is never crowded. On most days there is no one there. This home seems to be one of the nicest/most private oceanfront homes on the eastern side of the island. For first timers on the Oahu: there are chickens all over the island so don't be surprised if you hear them in the AM. There is a neat restaurant 5 mins from the house called "the Crouching Lion" that is worth checking out. Thank you for this great stay. We all found peace and relaxation here.
