GREAT APARTMENT - THANK YOU JOSEPH!

5 of 5
This is a very nice apartment in a fantastic location, close to EVERYTHING! The apartment is on the 2nd story of a two story building and as such, very quiet. It is easy to get to from the freeway (2 turns) and right in the middle of where you want to be. The owner is a wonderful and very helpful person, you will enjoy your stay at this apartment. Also, secure and safe parking which is a real bonus.

Central. Clean. Convenient.

5 of 5
I come at least once a year to O'ahu for business and I travel all around the island. I was really hesitant about staying in town because of how terrible Honolulu traffic can be -- I was wrong. This is location actually put me in the middle of town so I could access Honolulu appointments easily and allowed me to drive against the traffic when coming back to town from other areas. GREAT SURPRISE! Freeway entrances are also only blocks away. This studio is spacious, clean, and easy to settle into. It's modern and comfortable. Having air conditioning is a blessing in this beautiful, but potentially intense humidity -I have a knack for always visiting the HOTTEST weeks! Having the kitchen and a full-size refrigerator allowed me to start some mornings slow, brew a cup of coffee, and have breakfast here. And even with the studio being on a main street, it's fairly quiet. Yes, you can hear cars whizzing by, but nothing annoying or "scary" about the sounds. I was also comforted (as a woman traveling alone) by how many people were walking dogs in the evening or taking a night jog. I loved seeing the community out and about in a way that was "homey". The owners have been great! During my stay they happened to install a coin-op washer & dryer. The very next day one of them came by to drop off a few laundry detergent pouches in case I needed them. I still needed quarters, but I greatly appreciated the detergent as even that is pretty pricey here in Hawai'i compared to California prices. I have been recommending this location to friends and colleagues. It's a gem!

We recommend this clean and comfortable studio

5 of 5
We stayed at this studio for the month of July 2014 and enjoyed our time there very much. The studio was very clean, well-maintained, and it provided everything that we needed to make this comfortable studio like a “home” for the month. The studio has a well-stocked kitchen, a good-sized, clean bathroom, nice furniture, and a comfortable bed. The studio provides a washer/dryer unit, a Wi-Fi connection, and a greatly appreciated assigned parking space close to the complex entrance (an often difficult thing to find in the Honolulu area) … three things that greatly enhanced our stay as we did not have to worry about meeting our laundry, Wi-Fi, or parking needs. The lanai’s panoramic view of the city with the ocean in the background is quite enjoyable, especially at night when the lights are on… on Friday evenings, you’ll be able to see Waikiki’s fireworks show clearly from the lanai. The studio is located in a good location. It is close to the Waikiki area, the Ward and Ala Moana shopping centers, the highway (H1) entries and exits, and it is surrounded by lots of close-by little, diverse restaurants that offer very good food. We suggest trying the local neighborhood restaurants instead of simply settling on going to the bigger, more popular restaurants. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised! The complex itself is quiet and the property manager is most helpful if you should be in need of assistance. The owners are also extremely helpful and easily accessible. We had a small problem, not related to the studio that the owners helped us with immediately. Their help and patience with us was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this studio to anyone searching for a place to stay in Honolulu. Should we return to Oahu, we hope that the studio will be available so that we can stay there once again.
