A gem in Diamond Head

5 of 5
If you are looking for a place with an excellent location, character, and gives you a hint of what Oahu was like before the high-rises, this is the place for you. The team at Trinity was professional and very helpful. The cottage is in terrific shape and has everything that you might want for either a short or long stay. I was there for three weeks. You are a short walk from Waikiki if you want to mingle with the tourist crowds but far enough away that you can ignore it. At Gold Coast Cottage you wake every morning and peer out of the bedroom window to check out the surf. ..just a peek but you are only about 50 feet from the ocean. Some other lucky folks have the spot right on the ocean. The cottage is spacious, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. Because it is beautiful and historic you get lots of people stopping to admire it but they are not intrusive. So, all round: splurge, it is worth it! Dennis

Best trip to Hawaii EVER!

This looks perfect in the photos, and the photos don't even do justice to what a great spot it really is. This amazing beachfront place feels more like a one bedroom than a studio, has great closet/storage space, great decor, clean, all the amenities and is SO close to everything. We had a parking space for our car and even rented a SUP for the the trip, which we were able to lock up by our car. We had the windows opened to the ocean breeze the whole trip and fell asleep listening to the ocean.
