We were a Group of 6 who stayed in this apartment. I am a VRBO owner myself so I know how important reviews are. I must say that our group enjoyed our stay. We wish to commend Nicky, first of all, for his gracious welcome and affable personality. And Nicky, do give our warm regards to your son. Someday, count on us as his fans when he will be playing in the NBA. We thank you for giving us the instructions we needed, as each appliance is different in every country. As you had promised, you were just a call away and you responded promptly when we had to call you, like when you reserved a taxi for us on our departure. (Here I wanted to make a new paragraph but when I press enter, it brings me to another site. So I will continue the sentence, even if grammatically, it is not correct). The apartment was clean. I was afraid, based on the reviews I read before signing the contract, that noise and heat, for lack of air conditioning, would have been an issue. But, in fact, they were not. Nicky was right. In Germany (or at least in Bavaria or in that apartment), air conditioning was unnecessary. In early September, we had to use the blanket during the night. We also took advantage of the supermarket across the street which carried everything we needed for breakfast - we ate out most of the other meals. And the place is ideally accessible to the main train station and the tram and the Ubahn - services which we availed of because we used the apartment as our pied-a-terre to go around the city sites, like Marienplatz, as well as outside, like Salzburg, Dahau, Erding for early Octoberfest. Thanks again to Nicky for the suggestions. We did not meet Dario but I wish to thank him, too. I arranged my booking with him and he was easy to deal with. Of course, special thanks to Mathias, who I assume is the owner. My apologies for this much delayed review. Understandably I had to catch up with work backlog when I got back. But over all, our group enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend the place and even book it again, if we have to come back to Munich. The apartment was truly a sanctuary after a long day and a comfortable haven to rest our weary bodies.
