                  Wonderful House!

                  5 of 5
This house is exactly as described, even better! Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, well maintained and very well appointed. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided. The setting is lovely, very private. This is a perfect house for a couple or small family getaway vacation. Short distance and easy access to the lake and very nice parks. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again in the future.

                  Nice home for groups

                  4 of 5
This was a wonderful setting for a 3 generation family gathering. We enjoyed the theater room. The pool was nice for the small children in our group (3-5 feet deep). The home gave everyone the opportunity to spread out if needed, but it also had large gathering spaces. The view was nice, but was partially obstructed by trees. We didn't end up using the lake much as it was still quite cold and was choppy during most of our stay. The area around the home had fewer activities than many of our previous destinations, but we were aware of this before arriving. The kitchen has commercial grade appliances (except the dishwasher that seemed to require pre-rinsing). We used the gas grill several times; it was able to accommodate large meals but was uneven in its cooking. We were disappointed to find that the house lacked several essentials we have seen at other homes in our yearly gatherings: salt & pepper, basic spices, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the pool, although the pool guy never came back a 2nd time to put things away and check the equipment as he said he would. We also had 5-6 hours of noisy welding to fix the outdoor gates one day. Overall, my family enjoyed the home.
