We stayed here for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The village is very small, peaceful, and beautiful. There is quite a lot to do and see nearby. We had a wonderful time hiking, visiting nearby villages and sights and wineries. We really fell in love with this area of France. We had a car two out of three weeks there and it was definitely easier with the car. There are towns within walking distance, but you need to enjoy walking and would miss out on some of what is in the area. There is a bus with a limited schedule that does run from there, so you could get around walking that way as well. There was a pizza truck that came to the village on Tuesdays and we enjoyed that as well. The house was quite large, well-equipped and clean. You could feel the history as it is a very old building. As such, be prepared for some quirks, but they are easy to overlook. My teenage daughter enjoyed hanging out in the rooftop sunroom. The owner was professional and easy to deal with. He gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay.
