Charming Holidays in Provence

5 of 5
The staff was very kind and reliable. The views are charming, adding to the peace and quiet found at the town of Eygalieres, which is at a bike-ride distance from the property. The small towns in Provence nearby the property are beautiful and very picturesque, so renting a car to go see them is highly recommended. Bike, pool and other facilities such as the grill and neat kitchen and laundry room are in excellent condition and add to the experience. Rooms and bathrooms are also neat and tidy, size is great and the max amount of people that are admitted in the house is perfect, in no way too much. To sum up, this holiday was fantastic, couldn't have been a better experience at the property!

Quintessential southern France

5 of 5
I have completely and utterly fallen in love with this house! Six of us stayed for a week in Chantal's (owner's) superbly appointed home in Naujan-et-Postiac. The only thing that compared with the exterior beauty of the house and grounds was the modern and tasteful interior and furnishings. From the moment we arrived, Chantal did everything possible to make us feel like we were at home and not just guests. We ran into a few logistical problems while we were visiting (including running out of wine on a Sunday afternoon - Sacre Bleu!) which Chantal went above and beyond to help us overcome (including sharing some of her personal wine). Her willingness to make us feel like her personal guests will forever leave me extremely grateful. This is a perfect location for visiting wineries and taking tours, all while . We spent a great deal of time in the Bordeaux and St. Emilion regions, a very short drive from the house. We also took a day trip to the coast which was nice and certainly not too far. The surrounding woods have health trails which we frequented and the beautiful old town of St. Aubin de Branne is worth the hike to view the 10th century church. The nearby village of Branne is a quick 10 minutes for groceries, sundries, and the wonderful Le 420 Patisserie for baguettes and croissants every morning. My thoughts now are consumed by trying to plan in my next visit to this little slice of heaven in the south of France.

Perfect Luberon Vacation Home

5 of 5
Our group of 4 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 grandchildren (12, 10, 3) enjoyed a wonderful week at Chez Manon for the following reasons. Since we all enjoy cooking, the open floor plan made it easy for the adults to share in the work and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The large indoor and outdoor tables were great for our group of 9. The 3 grandchildren enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. The privacy of the home meant that the granchildren's voices were not an issue, only to us. The great location in the Luberon Hills meant that there were interesting places to visit for all and we could split up. Some of us went on long hikes while others visited villages those days. Mont Ventoux was accessible and with full sun, simply outstanding. The nearby Roman ruins (perhaps Pont du Gard is not that close but the Julian Bridge is) were great. And, we never even used the bikes that were also available. The views were great for those who those who just wanted to relax. Chez Manon met the needs of all 9 of us from age 3 to 72, not an easy task for a group that takes an annual vacation and come from England and Minnesota, USA.
