Romantic La Petite Maison

4 of 5
Our stay at La Petite Maison a Loumarin was a wondering step back in time and place, a gentle mix of medieval Provence amid a convenient and historic setting. Our accommodations repected their past - low beamed ceilings, winding stairways and ancient windows, yet affording us many conveniences, roomy living and sleeping areas, a full kitchen and dining area, and even a washer and dryer secluded in the stone-walled cellar below. The patio balcony overlooking the church and its fountain found us enjoying coffee each morning and relaxing each evening while church bells rang and children played in the narrow Loumarin alleys. With downhill walks to Loumarin's shops and cafe's and uphill returns, we walked in the footsteps of medieval Provence with nairy a care and full of joie de vie. Tom and Lisa a la Nouvelle Orleans
