Stunning and spacious

5 of 5
This superb apartment was perfect for us and our friends. The living and dining area is large, giving the four of us plenty of room to spread out in the mornings and after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms and kitchen are ultra modern and high-tech. The friendly young woman who welcomed us explained all the technology when we arrived, although we were a bit too sleepy to remember everything. Fortunately, written instructions and intuition came to our aid. The apartment is well-maintained, spotless, and furnished with multiple TVs, a computer and printer, and wi fi. It also boasts views of the Eiffel Tower. Set back from Rue du Faubourg St. Honere, off an interior courtyard, it is quiet and private. But its location near the Elysee Palace gave us ready access to most of Paris's museums, the Eiffel Tower, and other iconic sights. The kitchen was stocked with champagne, a bowl of fruit, and cookies when we arrived. We are ready to return!

Great Place!

5 of 5
This was a great property! I was a little worried with their being only one bedroom, but our family of five stayed here quite comfortably. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen very efficient, it was very well stocked with all the amenities. Gabrielle and her brother were quite helpful, and met us at the apartment even though we arrived late, and showed us how to operate the elevator, pointed out the view of the Eiffel Tower (from the bathroom :0) this made us all smile). It looked like the apartment had been renovated quite recently with a modern kitchen, updated bathroom and WC, new paint, and refinished floors. I was also impressed that they had two closets...a luxury! The location is quite convenient to the metro, the Champs Elysee, the Louvre, and almost all tourist attractions. The building was lovely, an old masion with a courtyard, there is a doorman who is there until 8pm. There is a Mono Prix less than a quarter mile away that is open until midnight...very important for that late night run to the store which is almost impossible anywhere in Europe. The downside might be that it is on the top floor (but there is an elevator), and it may be a bit cramped for 5 if you are looking for a place longer than a week...but we were grateful they took five since paying for two bedrooms would have been cost-prohibitive! And we were quite comfortable! I would rate this property and the owners with an Excellent rating! We all had a great stay Thanks Gabrielle for making it so enjoyable! I would definitely recommend.
