My wife and I spent five nights in this apartment. It is quite cozy and is very well equipped, to include all necessary kitchen utensils; fans (which we needed on occasion as it got quite warm while we were in Paris); and even a portable air conditioner, (which we didn't need b/c it didn't get that warm but it was there if we needed it). The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The landlord, Monsieur Cornette, was very accommodating. Although we arrived early, while the apartment was still being cleaned, he met us; showed us around; and allowed us to store our luggage - just asking that we give the housekeeper an hour or so to finish up. We had some technical difficulties with the TV and the shower our first day. I e-mailed Monsieur Cornette that night and he responded almost immediately, saying he would stop by in the morning if I called him. I did, and he arrived in 20 minutes to cheerfully show me that the difficulties were largely the result of user error. Check out was a breeze. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The area is great - two blocks from the Seine; a 10 minute walk from Rue Cler; a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are many very good restaurants in the area. Two of the top 100 in Paris on Trip Advisor are on the same street, one block up. If I come back to Paris, I know where to stay.
