I loved staying in Charles’ apartment. It was like staying at a friend’s home with authentic furniture, beautiful art books and magazines and a stocked kitchen. The apartment is slightly quirky, very stylish and clean. Charles was easy to deal with and very flexible and accommodating and the apartment felt safe and it was really quiet.
The living room is bathed in light with so many windows opening onto the large internal courtyard. The window in the kitchen opens onto the street, which creates a lovely cross breeze and airiness.
The bed, mattress, pillows and bed linens were perfect — as if you were staying in the best hotel. I had baths mainly. There was a little water around if you showered—for me it wasn’t an issue.
The location is great: close to the Rodin museum and its glorious gardens, and Bon Marche and its wonderful foodhall and so much transport.
I liked the boulangerie a few minutes away on the corner of Rue d’Estrees and Av de Villars near the #92 bus stop. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to friends.
