Inviting,charming 'tres comfortable' appartement!

4 of 5
Amazing central Paris location, extremely well equipped, clean and luxurious-feeling apartment with very professional and attentive agents to welcome and help . Definitely recommend for any couple (bed, bedroom and shower are marvelous) and the sofa bed is as advertised ( real, and comfortable!) The small (yes, it's a city apartment!) and excellently functioning kitchen is obviously stocked by a caring owner-- extras of everything are available in cupboards. We like the lesser-known sights, and the bien-situee apartment makes it possible, for example, to tour the nearby Musee de Cluny (Paris history) , return for lunch at Rue de Seine flat (don't miss the owner's recommended boulangerie at the corner ) and then see more of the Cluny -- all in the same day and at a comfortable pleasant pace. Ditto Luxembourg Gardens, the new Berges de Seine (riverbanks and the new pedestrian friendly areas are marvelous!) , the old Arenes de Lutece, also jardin des plantes, jardin des sculptures en pleine aire, ile saint louis, le parvis de notre dame, rodin musee and musee d'orsay (in one combo ticket on late-night hours). All easy walking from the flat. Apartment is safe, quiet, easy to find . Don't worry about a view, you'll have more than enough as soon as you set foot on intriguing Rue de Seine in the heart of St. Germain.! .

Quiet,Safe and Centralized Location

5 of 5
This place has all the amenities you need when you're away from home. Modern appliances..full size fridge, stove/ oven ,dishwasher etc.Wifi works great too and it's clean. The kitchen and bathroom had been renovated since the pictures were uploaded on the website. This studio/loft is safe, quiet and walking distance to bistros, grocery stores and metro stations. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. Although it is small, there was a sitting area away from the bedroom. The piano took a lot of the space in the living room area. What was missing was a place to sit down for a meal and closet or rack to hang your clothes. Since the owner lives in this studio when in town and not rented , some of his personal belongings are stored in the unit. His things were stored in the loft area above the bed and also under the piano. I recommend this place for its accessibility to the major areas of Paris, amenities, and safe and quiet location.

Location, Location, Location!

5 of 5
PERFECTLY located in the 6th, right on the Quai de Conti, with fantastic views of the Seine and Notre Dame. It’s just a short walk to the Saint-Michel Metro stop and surrounding restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, equipped with all the amenities and is quite roomy by Paris standards. The wood floor does squeak under your feet, but I guess that’s just part of the Paris charm. This apartment is not inexpensive but, all things considered, is definitely well worth the price. We’ve rented quite a few vacation apartments in our time and if you’ve ever had concerns over how an owner might deal with issues that come up, rest assured you will not find a more responsive and accommodating owner than Anna. Accordingly, Martine, the owners’ local representative who met us at the apartment upon our arrival, was very helpful and had a genuine interest in making sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue with the gas stove top that she was determined to get resolved and, after we checked in and left to do some sightseeing, Martine stayed behind for several hours to meet the repairman and make sure it was replaced and functioning properly. In summary, our stay was great. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who values location, view, amenities and the assurance that the owner will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
