Perfect spot in Paris

5 of 5
We stayed in this lovely residence for two weeks and could not have been happier, particularly as first time visitors to Paris. It is centrally located to many popular sites and is surrounded by fine retail shops, open markets, centuries old churches, exquisite chocolate shops and some of the best restaurants. The pictures posted accurately depict the stunning beauty and historic charm of this very spacious apartment. The Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Seine, Luxembourg Gardens are all within a 15 minute walk. The only time we took a cab was a night tour of this City of Lights. Two of the most famous cafes, Les Deux Magots and Cafe de Flore are only a half block from the front door. Linda was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and made herself available for any questions, plus she gave us an excellent recommendation for the organic farmers market held on Sundays. The food and wines in this district are outstanding. We would not hesitate to rent this luxury residence again!

Fantastic stay!

5 of 5
Stayed in Luc's lovely apartment for 5 nights with my sister and her two daughters (15 and 9 years old). Luc was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful when we needed to make dinner reservations and arranging for taxis back to the airport on our departure. Photos are true to life. Layout worked perfectly for us - my older neice and I stayed in the room with the twin beds and my sister and her younger daughter slept in the double bed. Location was great - close to Vaneau and St Francis Xavier metro stops, but far enough from touristy locations to get a good night sleep. We felt like we were locals. Highly recommend the restuarant Pasco near by (close to Napoleon's Tomb) - great food and waitstaff. Carrefour City just down the street made it easy for doing some light shopping for snacks and breakfast items. You won't be sorry if you choose this apartment! Thank you Luc, for your hospitality - we hope to come back someday!

Quiet and Bright in a Prime Location

5 of 5
My fiance and I stayed 2 weeks in this very cozy top floor unit. We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment is located on boulevard Saint-Germain just two blocks from many restaurants and cafes: Café Deux Magots, Cafe de Flore, Brasserie Lipp, the very chic La Societe by Costes, Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani Caffe, etc. Also, rue du Dragon offers some very nice Italian restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Monoprix Deli is 5 minutes walking distance on rue de Rennes. Lots of designer shops (Etro, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, etc.). The property management company is top-notch and they are available 24/7: from reservations to answering all our questions in a timely manner. They also have an excellent airport transfer service. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to experience the Parisian life at its best. P.S.: By the way, the coffee machine is a Nespresso machine (I checked on arrival). But who cares when all you want is to experience a true Parisian breakfast in one of the many coffee shops nearby.
