Around the corner from everything!

5 of 5
I am just home from a wonderful first trip to Paris. There were 4 adults in the group and we all had lists of places we needed to see. Unbelievably, all were within walking distance of this great apartment. All except Versailles, of course, which is about 12 miles away (take a guided tour - SO worth it!!). The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, we all felt very safe there. Around every corner there was something to discover, a good bakery for delicious pastry, sweet gardens, handy shops for wine and cheese, and of course a myriad of cafes littering the sidewalks! We were welcomed upon arrival by wonderful Evelyne, who was able to answer questions we had at the moment. The owner, Luc, provides a most informative notebook with every kind of piece of information you need. He is very prompt with emails in regards to renting the place, too, you are never out of touch for long. It was obvious that he cares for this apartment, and he wanted us to be comfortable and feel at home. We did! I recommend it highly, and would stay there again with a very happy heart.

Stop Searching...Perfect Paris Apartment!

5 of 5
Look no further than this perfect apartment for your Paris vacation. I researched a TON of options and am very proud of myself for making such a good choice! :) My husband and I took my parents and our two teenage sons. Plenty of room for us all to be comfortable together in the beautiful living room while also having privacy with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bath is HUGE and the shower and tub are fabulous. The other shower and separate toilet are fabulous too. The bedrooms are quiet at night and the beds very comfortable. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans, utensils and dishes we needed. We were able to travel with just carry-on size luggage since the washer/dryer are so easy to use. The location CANNOT BE BEAT...we walked EVERYWHERE, only using the metro to go to Versailles and Montmarte. Otherwise, all of the other destinations are within walking distance. Monoprix is directly across the street and you can buy everything there, from toothpaste to wine to veal chops! The apartment has a rolling shopping bag for you to use - and umbrellas too. Luckily, we didn't need the umbrellas as we had beautiful weather with upper 60's every day. We let our boys roam around the neighborhood by themselves as it is very safe with lots of wonderful activity. The Apartment Manager, Linda, takes care of everything and teaches you what you need to know at check-in - the washer/dryer, the microwave, the showers, the television, etc. The amenities are tremendous with wi-fi, security entrance - and there are even FREE phone international phone calls! Did I mention it is spectacularly beautiful? The light fixtures alone are works of art. You can stop looking now! We certainly will return and will recommend this apartment to all of our friends.

Fabulous Location

5 of 5
We could not have been happier with this apartment! Loved the location, in the lovely St. Germain-des-Pres area. Within walking distance of so many Paris landmarks. You can shop until you drop whether you are looking for wine, food, clothing or ice cream. The apartment itself was delightful, more spacious than it appears, with all needed amenities. The bedroom at the back of the apartment, overlooking a courtyard, was very quiet. The view of Notre Dame and the Seine were spectacular and also provided great entertainment in the evening if you wish to dine at home. William Royer met us at the apartment and could not have been more helpful and conscientious. It was a pleasure meeting the Team responsible for this apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We will return next year for a longer stay.
