An outstanding apartment

5 of 5
This luxury apartment lived up to the images. It was beautifully appointed with high quality appliances as well as lovely furnishings. Spacious and comfortable, it provided everything our family of five needed for our stay in Paris. The location was perfect - great brasseries, patisseries, shops and the Metro only minutes away. The manager Linda was very professional and approachable; she met us at the apartment and explained everything in detail. The property was very well maintained and we would love to go back. We arrived in Paris during the recent Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack and yet felt completely safe. Security throughout the city was ever present but not intimidating. Paris remains one of the most beautiful cities in the world and we experienced the best of Paris staying in this outstanding apartment.

Charming Paris apartment with a fantastic location

5 of 5
We booked this apartment for six nights over Christmas this year and we can't say enough good things about it. It has been beautifully remodeled and has a very well appointed kitchen which allowed us to cook many great meals (its right around the corner from the St. Germain market and walking distance to Le Bon Marche/La Grande Epicerie de Paris). We are a family of three and the apartment was very roomy with lots of closet space. Both bathrooms are large and very clean and nicely finished. For larger families there is a pull-out sofa in the main living area. As a nice touch there is lots of reading material on Paris and guides for the guests. The location is superb - right in the heart of the St. Germain district with lots of restaurants and shops all around; yet we found it pleasantly quiet. The church Saint-Suplice is steps away which provides a beautiful plaza to relax in and the Luxembourg gardens are also close by and was a nice spot to run in. The creperie right across the street served the best crepes we have had in Paris and there are numerous authentic French restaurants and bistros steps away - we recommend L'Enfance de Lard but there are so many to try. I could go on and on about all the positives - beautiful apartment, great and charming location, great service by the owner and property manager - highly recommended and our family gives it easily five stars and will be back. Matt S.

Great apartment and location

5 of 5
Just finished our 2nd stay at this apartment in 3 years. Spent 2 weeks here and as all the previous reviews, it is fantastic, and in one of the best locations. Claude and Lucile take care of everything; all the amenities one needs, as well as endless suggestions on things to do and excellent recommendations. They even keep a 3 ring binder of activities within Paris, as well as day trips outside of Paris, with detailed instructions and directions. He also is quick with restaurant suggestions based on your tastes. Claude was also very helpful during an unplanned power outage. He was right there, looking for the cause of the outage, and corrected it immediately. The neighborhood is also wonderful. Full of shops and restaurants, very safe, always brimming with activity. It is also a very short walk to Luxembourg Gardens. For those using the Velib bike sharing service, there is a station just a block away.
