We traveled with a group of 3 families and this was the perfect place to stay! The high ceilings and large windows made it a truly Parisian stay.
The first floor has two bedrooms with king beds. There is a full bath (sink, toilet and shower) wonderfully done and in the hall between the two bedrooms. There is a small half bath (sink and toilet) in the hall as well. There is also a 3rd bedroom on the first floor with a king bed that includes a small partial bath (sink and shower). All of those bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Also on the first floor is a large living room with a TV (with cable) and a large fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a utility room with two washers and one dryer.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) but that one is not air-conditioned. We were there in August, but with the provided fan the bedroom was quite comfortable. There is also a huge master suite upstairs. It has one room with a king bed, a separate sitting area/dressing area with a couch and 2 full bathrooms! One bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower and the other has a sink, toilet, shower and tub. All of the rooms were beautifully done and the bathroom were recently re-done. There is also a table in the hallway with a computer for guests to use and there is free wi-fi throughout the apartment.
The rental agent met us at the apartment and was very courteous and helpful. He showed us how to work all of the appliances and where everything was. He even helped arrange a ride from the airport since we didn't have a car. The apartment is very close to a few metro stops, many restaurants and grocery stores. It was a very convenient location in arr 2 - within walking distance from the Louvre too.
I'd highly recommend this location to anyone traveling with a large group.
