Perfect vacation!

5 of 5
This year for my birthday I got the most perfect surprise from my boyfriend. I studied in Paris not too long ago and as he knew I absolutely adore the city of lights, he decided to take me there for a couple of days. I thought we were going to stay at a hotel but he told me he had found this charming property online and we were going to have our "own" little place for the 4 days. I haven't had any contact with the property manager myself but from what my partner told me, the booking process was smooth and easy. About the property I can sure say a lot... It's in the very heart of Paris, it has a great view of the city, which I especially enjoyed in the morning with a cup of coffee and a French fashion magazine. During my student days here I lived rather far from central Paris and had to take the tube for nearly everything. These four days however, we walked a lot and rented bikes and everything was so close. The flat is in a great location, I'm telling you, one of the very best you can get in Paris. The interior is also very nice, I liked its elegant design, the warm colours and the living area where we sat at night with a glass of wine and some French brie. The bedroom was very airy and had lots of light from the window that takes to the small balcony, the bed was super comfortable and, what's most important, everything was very clean. I had the best birthday ever with the person that I love in the city of my dreams. I only hope we can return here and rent this property in the spring when Paris looks so incredibly beautiful.

Couldn't have been happier!

4 of 5
We loved the apartment! The location was super close to the metro which made for easy access to all the attractions in Paris. The apartment was a little bit too small for our family of 7, but everyone had a place to sleep, and it was super quiet at night. Parking was hard to find, so I would recommend that tenants not drive but find a place to park and take the metro in. But, I really loved this little apartment. It was wonderful to feel truly Parisian for a few days, grabbing breakfast at the little bakery right down the street, finding fresh fruit at the Tuesday market, just a quick stroll away. Had it just been my husband and I with maybe a kid or two, we probably would have wanted to stay there forever.

C'est parfait!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for six nights towards the end of October. It was absolutely perfect for us, and exactly as described. The size is extremely spacious, especially the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and the washing machine. Both the bed and couch are very comfortable. Being on a private little alley made us feel extremely secure. We loved opening the huge floor to ceiling windows any time we were just relaxing in the apartment. The neighborhood is wonderful! There are so many shops, restaurants and bars located right around the apartment. We were sad we couldn't try them all! It is also just around the corner from Voltaire metro stop, which was very convenient for getting around the city. Sebastien was so helpful and easy to deal with. All of my emails were responded to almost immediately, which gave us great peace of mind before we even left for Paris. The only things I would take into consideration before renting the apartment are: 1) The floor is this weird woven matting material. It's not the comfiest on bare feet after walking around all day. 2) This neighborhood isn't very touristy, which is great! But that does mean that you'll come across more shop owners who don't speak English than you will in the center of the city. So if you don't speak any French at all this might not be the best fit for you. Overall, this apartment was everything we could have wanted, and I would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a great value in a very cool neighborhood.
