Excellent Rental

5 of 5
We rented Liz's home for three days over the Thanksgiving weekend in order to attend the graduation of my son from Full Sail University in Winter Park. This home was in a great location, only about 3 miles to Full Sail, but right off of the main road 436 that has Everything that you can imagine. Plenty of stores and restaurants. We hosted a little graduation party for my son and some friends a few days before he graduated. We were able to go to Walmart and get everything we needed to feed a group of very hungry boys. Everything that I needed to cook, serve, and clean up was there as well as anything else you could think of. Plenty of pots and pans and crock pot and gas grill and serving utensils.. It was such a better spot for us to stay than a hotel by the airport. It allowed us to relax and spread out. It was homey and inviting and in a very nice little neighborhood. Everything was spotless when we arrived, beds were comfortable, very nicely decorated. I would absolutely rent that home again. Liz was always available for anything we might have needed. Highly Recommend this rental!

"A Tranquil Oasis in the Heart of Winter Park"

5 of 5
As repeat guests, we knew what to expect, and again were not disappointed! The house is charming, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. (The pictures are accurate, but don't do it justice.) It is nestled in a quite neighborhood of exclusive homes, but only a short walk (15-20 minutes) down Park Avenue to the bustle of Winter Park's restaurants, shops, museums, and Rollins College. We loved having breakfast and evening appetizers in the sanctuary of the back yard, enjoying the birds, the palm trees and a mini-bamboo forest. The owner, Mina, is very personable and quickly addressed a minor mechanical issue we encountered. I am reluctantly willing to submit this review now that both of our children have graduated from Rollins College (I selfishly didn't want others to know about this wonderful vacation rental!) We will be back! Thanks.

Great place!

We were delighted with this property in every way. Great location; very attractive interior with just the right amount of "stuff." Comfortable beds; nice baths; great kitchen; very comfortable common area and great screened porch with everything one could desire. Well kept; very clean; owners very accommodating. Perfect!
