Comfortable, quiet, and close to everything!

5 of 5
This rental villa has everything we were looking for: Rooms for a multi-family vacation, heated pool, wifi, and is within 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go such as Disney, Universal Studios, Premier Outlet, citrus farm, church, restaurants, and MCO. The bonuses were the cable TV and a game room with pool table, ping pong, and foozball. I used to think that Davenport is far from everything, but I was wrong. The villa is only 5 minutes from Publix, 7-Eleven, and gas stations, 15 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from the outlet mall, and 25 min from Universal and MCO. Of course this is without any incident on I-4. As for the owner, Frank is straight forward and quick with communication during the rental process. I did not have to contact his management team for anything during the stay. No review is complete without the negatives, so here they are: Wireless reception inside the villa is poor with t-mobile; Verizon has no problem. Carpeting in high traffic areas could use a refresh; the bedrooms are OK. A few more dishwashing pods and trash bags, especially for a 7-day stay, would be nice.

PERFECT HOUSE FOR A BIG FAMILY

5 of 5
This house was awesome!! Way bigger than it looks it pictures. We had 19 people in our family. 11 adults and 8 kids. There was plenty of room. The bedrooms were all really nice, especially the master suite. The home theatre was awesome too, perfect for movie night and playing video games. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing, and were the perfect place to go after a long day out. Overall I think this is the best villa that I've stayed at ( I've been to 4 other ones). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Looking forward to coming back again :)

Ideal location and Villa

5 of 5
You always hope that the write up and reviews match your expectations when you book any accommodation. Well I can reasure any prospective renter you have nothing to fear when renting this property. The owner, Steve, is very helpful with any questions you have. Steve has thought of all your requirements and I think others odd items that may have been left by other renters (freezer packs, freezer bags). The pool with heating for this time of the year was lovely. To get back after a long day at the parks and jump in there, is a lovely way to end the day and to ease any aches and pains, a while in the hot tub melts away any remaining pains. If we were to book another holiday in Orlando I would not hesitate to book this Villa again. It's location is not far from any of the attractions and has plenty of shops, fast food and restaurants within a few minutes drive. If there was any criticism, the lounge furniture and carpets have been damaged and require replacement /repair but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.
