Comfortable, quiet, and close to everything!

5 of 5
This rental villa has everything we were looking for: Rooms for a multi-family vacation, heated pool, wifi, and is within 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go such as Disney, Universal Studios, Premier Outlet, citrus farm, church, restaurants, and MCO. The bonuses were the cable TV and a game room with pool table, ping pong, and foozball. I used to think that Davenport is far from everything, but I was wrong. The villa is only 5 minutes from Publix, 7-Eleven, and gas stations, 15 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from the outlet mall, and 25 min from Universal and MCO. Of course this is without any incident on I-4. As for the owner, Frank is straight forward and quick with communication during the rental process. I did not have to contact his management team for anything during the stay. No review is complete without the negatives, so here they are: Wireless reception inside the villa is poor with t-mobile; Verizon has no problem. Carpeting in high traffic areas could use a refresh; the bedrooms are OK. A few more dishwashing pods and trash bags, especially for a 7-day stay, would be nice.

PERFECT HOUSE FOR A BIG FAMILY

5 of 5
This house was awesome!! Way bigger than it looks it pictures. We had 19 people in our family. 11 adults and 8 kids. There was plenty of room. The bedrooms were all really nice, especially the master suite. The home theatre was awesome too, perfect for movie night and playing video games. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing, and were the perfect place to go after a long day out. Overall I think this is the best villa that I've stayed at ( I've been to 4 other ones). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Looking forward to coming back again :)

Property was as photos depicted.

4 of 5
Was pleased that property was as depicted in photos. The king master bath has some leaky issues around shower surround but didn't hamper our stay. Was disappointed that pool was not ready to use until Tuesday, but happy that the problem was rectified so that we could use it for most of our stay. The first floor layout is excellent for everyone to be together yet not feel cramped. Furniture was VERY comfortable and made our stay feel like home. Everyone in our group said that they would stay there again - even the 82-year-old grandparents! Visited SeaWorld and Universal - easy drive to both. Management was attentive to our concerns regarding pool and quickly fixed the problems. Property is clean but will need to be painted soon to freshen it up. Would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives and already have!
