We originally were a party of seven but ended up being just two adults, two teen boys and my twelve year old daughter. We were looking for a place close to Orlando as my daughter was in a dance competition on the south west side. The house was as described with no surprises. There were notes in most rooms, prominently displayed, in frames with additional information (such as WiFi password and location of additional bedding). The dining room table was set so nice we never used it as the small kitchen table and two bar stools worked just fine. The boys used the xbox but were never able to use xbox live. I don't know why, but it made no difference as they spent a lot of time swimming in the pool. Access to the pool is through a sliding glass door protected by an alarm. A button located roughly five foot high, on the frame of the sliding door, must be pressed before the door can be opened. If it is not, a shrill alarm goes off and stays on until the button is pushed. It's a great feature if you have small children and are worried about them getting into the pool. The pool is also protected by a plastic fence that can be secured so children can't get to the pool. I would definitely feel safe renting this home with small children. It is very close to Disney. I was surprised about the amount of Disney traffic on 192 and I4. Expect travel delays in the summer months. I'm sure other months are less traffic congested. The best part of the home is the owner. She couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. Answered all emails quickly and made the rental process easy. I couldn't say enough good things about her!
