                    Pros: Vincent and Kristin were friendly to work with. T he house is very spacious and accomodated eight individual sleepers just fine. T he location was fine being fairly remote but yet only 10 minutes from I75. T he cost of the house for a weeks stay and a somewhat full house was of decent value per person. Cons: With having eight bedrooms and 12 different beds, only having 4 bathrooms seemed too few. Along the same line, having one gate remote was too few, having six chairs in the kitchen and zero bar stools in kitchen is too few. Z ero blenders is too few. Also, there was a terrible stench in the garage that needed to be dealt with soon. As a side note, our group also thought that the artwork/decor did not match the grandness of the structure. One added amenity that I feel could be provided by either the owner or the property manager is a pre arrival service to make the stay feel more complete. It could work like this: T he renter would provide a shopping list for general or specific items to get the stay started, i.e. beverages, soap, shampoo, paper towels, snacks, misc. grocery items, etc...and as a service, these items would be awaiting the arrival of the rentor. You can always have an addendum on the rental agreement to take care of handling the cost of this. Personally, I think some of this should be provided and part of whatever price you agree on but either way, I think it would be a worthwhile added touch for your customer.
