Our Villa was AMAZING! It was EXACTLY as the pictures show. If anything the living/dining area appears smaller in the pictures than what it actually is. The key pick up and drop wasn't too far away and was easy enough to do. During the stay both the owner of the villa and the property managers contacted me to make sure all was well. As far as the "grounds" themselves, exactly as the pictures look too. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar were great. The splash park was a nice touch to take our 5 year old son to... also it got us away from "the crowd" in the pool lol. All the employees and security were amazing, courtesy and friendly. For a family of 7 our biggest complaints would have been a sqeeky fan not being able to have the air below 75 degrees, all in all I think that's pretty good! Also the owner was VERY good to answer all of my questions prior to booking... and I had a lot of them. When the date was getting closer the property managers had emailed me also.. they too were great about answering questions. When all was said in done we had NO PROBLEM getting our deposit back. If you are going to Florida to do the "tourist thing" this was a perfect location to stay. We were so close to Disney that the morning and night commute seemed like a blink of an eye. We also visited Gatorland and went to the little fair that they have in Kissimmee. It took about 45 minutes to get to where we went on an airboat ride, however I know there were ones closer, I just chose to go further out. If you are going Florida to lay on the beach and watch the Ocean every day.. probably not the right location for you. We went to Daytona Beach one day and it took around an hour to get there, which was fine for us because it was only one day. There are TONS of restaurants close by the Villa... and Sam's Club and Target too. My entire family was very pleased!!
