We had a lovely stay at Roberto's place. We are a family of 6, with four kids 7-15 years old. It was much better to rent a place like this than stay at a hotel. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed meeting other kids there. It was nice to have enough room to spread out after long days at Disney. The home is close to Disney and it was great having a corner lot such that the kids could play in the grass just outside the door. We saw some beautiful birds just outside the door and there's a big turtle living in the pond as well. We didn't have any trouble with the gates or security, and the security guards worked very hard--we saw them patrolling the area pretty much all the time. The villa itself was as advertised and had all the towels, sheets, pillows etc we needed. Little tip: beware that the dressers are not attached to the walls and are a bit top heavy. My kids pulled out a drawer to put their clothes away and might have ended up with the whole dresser over their head if I hadn't been standing right there to catch it.
Roberto was very quick to respond to inquiries and to follow up any issues we had (he gets an A++). Only major drawback (reason for four instead of five stars) is that the surrounding neighborhood is a bit dodgy--not the kind of place I would like to take a stroll in the evening. Saw several teenagers hopping the fence and being chased by security which is comforting on the one hand (security guards are on top of things) and a bit unnerving on the other (why are teenagers and youths hopping the fence?)
All in all we were very pleased!
