This home is even prettier than it looks!!

4 of 5
This home is a rare gem. It is very lovely with an open, family-friendly floor plan. It is also immaculate. From the bedrooms to the yard and the pool, it is clearly loved and very well taken care of. It is in a modest neighborhood a few blocks from Vanderbilt Beach and a lot of restaurants. Personally, I prefer the homey feel to a high rise because it was quiet and cozy. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels but I really prefer the atmosphere here because you get a lot of privacy and you kind of feel like a Naples native- with neighbors across the street. The owners provide cruiser bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and even a crib and highchair if you have a little one! I guarantee that you won't be disappointed if you rent this home. I'm sure planning on going back. Meg from Michigan

This was my second year in the North Naples area. This house was truly a beach house. We biked to Clam Pass (my new favorite beach) and enjoyed the bike ride to the beach. Biking every day in Pelican Bay area was wonderful -- especially when it was 0 degrees back home. Shopping cannot be surpassed -- Waterside Shops (great lunch at Brio), the Mercado and Whole Foods within biking distance, Fresh Market and Home Goods a 10 min. car ride; and some of the best restaurants in the world very close to home. I recommend making reservations early to the Turtle Club on the beach, the Chapel Grille, Coconut Jacks in Bonita Beach, and Bistro 821 in Naples. Don't forget gelato for dessert in Old Naples and ice cream and the Best of Everything in downtown Naples. The house is perfectly suited with four very clean, bright and comfortable bedrooms and beds for family and friends -- especially grand children! My 21 month old grand daughter and I read books every night and the house was even stocked with a crib for her baby dolll. We walked to Vanderbilt Beach, collected shells and watched the sunset almost every night at Wiggens State Park - only 8 minutes away with easy parking. Take a handful of quarters and all the Naples Beaches are available to you especially for sunset viewing. Several beaches offer kayaking too. If that is not enough fun, take a day trip to Sanibel Island and enjoy Bowman's Beach. The owner was very helpful and welcomed me with a box of cookies!! I highly recommend this home -- except for the time when I want to rent again! Enjoy.

Amazing rental, close to all conveniences

5 of 5
We rented this house for a week to explore Naples. Not only is the house beautifully decorated, but it's location is perfect - it's nestled in a well established neighbourhood, within walking distance to the beach (or a complimentary parking pass if you'd prefer to drive), down the street from the high-end Mercatto outdoor shopping mall and a short drive to downtown Naples. The lanai is well suited for dining or lounging, with wall-to-wall windows that fully open up. The pool was a reasonable size for swimming, with a lovely view of the canal. Property is private, being a corner L-shaped lot. In our experience, the furnishings were above-average in terms of quality for a rental property. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed by the owner and property manager. It's clear this property is lovingly maintained. It represents good value and we'd recommend to anyone who's looking for a home away from home experience.
